When and how did you start practicing yoga?
I started by going with my friend to her Mysore class on a visit to New York in January 2011. When I got home to Paris I found Kia’s class and later in June when she opened the Mysore Yoga Paris Shala was when I began to practice regularly.
Has yoga changed you?
Yoga has changed me in a subtle yet very deep way. I am more present in my life as I live it. My perspective seems clearer.
What inspires you to keep practicing?
It makes me feel good in my body and clear in my mind.
Does practice influence your work as an architect, in what way? I am finding that I can more easily tap into my creativity when I start a new project. I am calmer and more efficient as a result.
