This our way of supporting your practice through this time, helping to create an inner Shala where we can always meet and move closer together as a community.

IT´S FINALLY HERE OUR OWN PODCAST CHANNEL...
As many of you know, I am extremely reluctant to ever having myself recorded since I always prefer direct transmission. –Something that has annoyed my dear friend and sound-artist Yotam Agam for years... But in light of where we are now, I realise I have to listen to my friend and put my own comforts aside for the benefit of my students. Personally, I find this a very tender place to be but with Yotam´s immense talent and support, it has now taken form... This our way of nourishing your practice through this time, helping to create an inner Shala where we can always meet and move closer together as a community.

If you like to support us in this work, you can follow and rate our podcast, or write a review. Thank you for joining us!

MYSORE YOGA PARIS PODCAST | CLOSER TOGETHER

mysore yoga paris podcast episode 1.jpeg

Episode # 1
TALK: CLOSER TOGETHER

In light of the rapid changing developments with the Corona Virus, Mysore Yoga Paris Shala is closing its physical space for the time being. But this sacred space lives in all of us. This is what our practice has prepared us for: with compassion, mindfulness and generosity we remain connected to each other and the world around us.
Although we may have to keep physical distance at this moment, in our hearts we move closer together than ever before.

This message from Kia Naddermier to the yoga community was recorded 15th of February 2020, at the Remembrance Weekend for Rosina Bonsu in Glasgow. Listen, love and spread HERE

EPISODE 2 THE TEACHINGS OF YOGA IS NOW.jpeg

Episode # 2
TALK: THE TEACHINGS OF YOGA IS NOW

...is a talk on Yoga Sutra 1:1. exploring how to move through uncertain times of pain and loss with an awake heart, giving room for not knowing. Then our practice can become a sacred pause that invites all sides of reality into awareness...

Includes Sahana Vavatu - Shanti Mantra with interpretation.

The talk was recorded at Rosina Bonsu´s remembrance in Glasgow 15/2 2020. Sounds Scapes by Yotam Agam. I recommend listening before practice! Listen, love and spread HERE

I’m dedicated to continue to support your practice through this delicate time, creating an inner Shala where we can always meet. I will personally post resources, talks, meditations, practice soundscapes and inspiration as well as any updates on the situation in our Newsletter, in Mysore Yoga Journal, through our website, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube and Podcasts

We offer all our resources freely, but are immensely grateful for any DONATION helping us with production costs, and the continued ability to uphold our community through this vulnerable time for the shala.
